Talenting is a consulting practice established by a professional who transitioned from the corporate world to independent work. A key challenge was the structuring of a broad and layered service offering into a coherent and user-friendly website.
The visual identity and website were both designed to reflect a core concept: individuals come together to form organizations, and through shared purpose, evolve into collectives. Talenting is positioned as the guide in this transformation—supporting the development of the collective by working with the individual.
The visual identity was initially inspired by organic symbols such as the sun and a spiral, representing personal growth. Over time, it was refined into a minimalist typographic logo enclosed within a soft-edged box—symbolizing structure, gathering, and the formation of a collective.
A set of custom illustrations, generated with the assistance of AI, was also created to visually support and clarify the narrative throughout the website.
